Pricing

Pay once per programme. One public price for everyone, VAT included. VAT payers in Slovakia pay it plus VAT, which they deduct, and businesses in other EU countries with a VAT ID pay it without VAT.

Plans paid by card run for 12 months from payment. The Organiser year runs for 12 months from activation; for a public body that is the day after the contract is published in the register of contracts.

In every plan

Questions about pricing

What counts as an application?

A submitted application. Drafts that are never submitted do not count. When a programme reaches its limit, new submissions are kept on hold and released as soon as you upgrade.

What happens after 12 months?

Nothing renews on its own. Your programme stays readable and exportable on the free plan. Buy again only if you run the call again.

Do you charge VAT?

The price includes VAT, so a buyer without a VAT ID, such as an association, a school or a person, pays exactly the listed price. VAT payers in Slovakia pay the price plus VAT, which they deduct. Businesses in other EU countries with a VAT ID confirmed in the EU VIES register pay no VAT (reverse charge), and customers outside the EU pay none. You see the exact amount before you pay.

Can a public body pay by invoice?

Yes. Choose the organiser year, tick that you publish contracts in the Central Register of Contracts (CRZ) and we send a contract. The year starts the day after publication; then we issue the invoice.

Is there a discount for nonprofits or schools?

The prices are already low and the same for everyone. The free plan covers small calls with up to 30 applications.

Can I charge applicants an entry fee?

Not yet. Entry fees are planned. Until then Juryline is for calls that are free to enter.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If Juryline does not work for you, write to us within 30 days of payment and we refund the full price. The programme goes back to the free plan.

Can we pay by bank transfer?

Yes, for every plan. Choose bank transfer when you order and you get a proforma invoice; the plan starts when the payment arrives. Each plan also has a price quote in PDF for your budget approval.

What does Juryline not do yet?

Entry fees, a custom domain, single sign-on, online public voting before the event, nominations by third parties and languages other than English, German, Slovak, Czech, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish. Tell us what you need.
