JL-014 drew the most lenient jurors. The normalised score takes each juror's strictness into account, so it ranks second.

See it from every side

One programme as the organiser, a juror and an applicant see it, and on the night of the live finale. Real screens with sample data.

Organiser, step 1: Set up the call

Click through it yourself

Open a private demo with sample applications, jurors and scores, switch between organiser, juror and applicant and run a live finale with its stage screen and audience vote. No sign-up, deleted after 24 hours.

One programme from call to winners

Start from a template or paste your call text and Juryline drafts the form and rubric. Applications you already collected in Google Forms or Tally come in with a CSV import.

  1. Call page

Your call with deadline, categories and eligibility in up to eight languages, with your logo and colour.

  2. Applications

Applicants sign in with a code from their e-mail, save as they go, upload files and get a confirmation.

  3. Screening

Mark applications eligible, ineligible or duplicate and leave notes for your team.

  4. Jury rounds

Assign applications evenly, check conflicts of interest and let jurors score with your rubric.

  5. Results

Raw and normalised rankings, your decisions, a sealed protocol and e-mails to every applicant. A finished programme cannot be changed by accident.

  6. Live finale

A projector screen with pitch order and timer, jurors scoring on their phones, an audience vote and a podium revealed place by place.

Fair by design, not by promise

The rules a careful jury chair would set are built in, so nobody has to remember them on a busy evening.

  • Conflicts of interest first

Before they see any application, jurors go through the names of the people and organisations in the round and declare conflicts. They can also declare one on any application later. A conflicted application goes to another juror automatically.

  • Blind review

Fields you mark as private, such as names and e-mails, stay hidden from jurors.

  • Balanced and reproducible assignment

Every juror gets a similar share. The draw uses a recorded seed, so the same input always gives the same result.

  • Scores are never overwritten

A changed score is a new entry next to the old one. The history stays complete.

  • Strict and lenient jurors evened out

Next to the plain average, a normalised ranking puts every juror's scores on a common scale, using that juror's own average and spread. A strict juror no longer sinks an application alone, and you see both rankings side by side.

  • A protocol anyone can verify

Lock a round and Juryline seals the results in a PDF with a verification code. Anyone can check that a copy is unchanged.

  • Ties are your decision

When applications tie at the cut-off, Juryline asks whether to take all of them or only the clear ones. It never quietly decides for you.

  • A finished programme stays as it was

Once results are sent and the call is closed, the programme is read-only. Edits unlock for an hour only on purpose, and they are logged.

  • The live finale on record

The podium on the projector freezes when you reveal it, so a later score change cannot move it. The real pitch order and the audience award go into the protocol.

Jurors score in minutes, without a password

Busy people judge between other commitments. Juryline meets them there.

Next year in a few minutes

Most calls come back every year. Juryline keeps last year's work.

  • Copy a programme with its form, criteria, rounds and e-mails, dates moved a year ahead, jurors included if you want.
  • Invite last year's applicants to the new call, only those who agreed to hear about your next calls.
  • Last year's call page and the button on your website point to the new call.
  • Last year's decisions are a filter away, and the settings show when its data will be deleted.

Made for calls with a jury

  • Awards

From the call for nominations to the gala night: entries in categories, a jury that scores against clear criteria and winners you can stand behind.

  • Startup competitions

  • Grants

Applications with budgets and attachments, eligibility checks and independent evaluators, with a protocol for your board or funder.

  • Scholarships

Students apply on their phone, reviewers score without seeing names and the committee decides with the full picture.
